Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of a Tivo IPTV subscription and this website. By ordering or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service
Tivo IPTV provides access to live television streams and an on-demand library supplied by third parties, delivered over the internet to a compatible IPTV player app. Tivo IPTV does not host, produce or store any media. The channel and title line-up can change at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that using an IPTV service is lawful where you are located.
3. Orders, payment and term
Subscriptions are ordered over WhatsApp. Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once, in full, before the subscription is activated. A subscription runs for the term you select (6, 12 or 24 months) and does not renew automatically. Renewing is a new order.
4. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, login details for your subscription are sent to you over WhatsApp or email. Keep them private.
5. Acceptable use
Your subscription is for personal, household use. You must not share your login details outside your household, resell or redistribute access, use the service for public or commercial display, or attempt to interfere with the service’s infrastructure. Breaking these rules can result in the subscription being ended without a refund.
6. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. Individual channels or titles may be unavailable at times when their source is down, and access can be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, or issues with your own internet connection. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service working but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tivo IPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim connected with a subscription will not exceed the amount you paid for that subscription.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end a subscription without refund for a breach of these terms, for fraudulent payment activity, or for a chargeback raised without contacting support first. You may stop using the service at any time; the term still ends on its original date.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
