Choosing a term

The 6-month term is the lowest total cost to try the service. The 12-month term is the most common choice and lowers the monthly figure. The 24-month term has the lowest price per month. Because nothing renews automatically, a longer term simply means you lock the current price in for longer.

Renewals and upgrades

When a subscription nears its end date, message the same WhatsApp line to renew — there is no separate account area to manage. To move from 1 screen to 2 or 3, or to change the term, do it at renewal time; support will quote the difference. Upgrades mid-term are handled case by case on WhatsApp.
