Privacy Policy

1. Information you give us

When you order or contact support, we receive the details you provide: typically your name or WhatsApp display name, your phone number, your email address, and the content of your messages. Payment is handled by the payment method you use with support; we do not store card numbers.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site records basic technical data when you visit — IP address, approximate region, browser and device type, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site working and to understand general usage.

3. How we use it

• To process your order and send your subscription login details
• To provide support and answer your questions
• To send you a reminder near your subscription’s end date, if you ask us to
• To detect and prevent fraudulent payments
• To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate (for example website hosting and messaging), and only as needed; with payment providers to process your transaction; and where the law requires it.

5. Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies for core functionality and, if enabled, basic analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may then not work as intended.

6. Retention

We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. To make a request, email [email protected].

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date shows the current version.

10. Contact
